Make rich in flavor Moist Chocolate Pastry at home without using Oven or egg. Easy to make and super tasty, perfect for any small occasion. Especially favorite of all children, this pastry includes all the ingredients easily available at home.

Ingredients
- Moist Chocolate Pastry:
- 1/4 Cup sugar powder
- 1/4 Cup fresh curd
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 Tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 Cup wheat flour
- 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp baking soda
- 3/4 Cup milk
- 2 Tbsp choco chips
- 1/2 Cup dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp hot cream
- 1 Cup whip cream
- Sugar Syrup
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, take ¼ cup of powdered sugar, ¼ cup of fresh curd, Oil 2 tbsp, vanilla essence ¼ tsp, mix all the ingredients properly.
- Now in the same bowl, strain ½ cup of wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp Cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, gradually add ¾ cup of milk and mix the ingredients properly.
- Add 2 tsp of choco chip cookies and pour the batter into the mold lined with Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper. Place it in the pan preheated for 5 mins and bake for 30 mins on low flame.
- In a bowl take ½ cup of dark chocolate and add 2 tbsp of hot fresh cream, stir till it melts completely and your chocolate ganache is ready.
- In another mixing bowl take 1 cup of whip cream & beat it till fluffy. Add 3 tbsp of chocolate ganache in it and mix. Your chocolate frosting is ready.
- Demold the pastry sponge, remove the upper layer to smooth out the surface, and divide the cake into 2 parts.
- Moist the bottom layer with the sugar syrup, add frosting and spread evenly. Then place the top layer and repeat the process.
- Place the cake on a wire stand and pour chocolate ganache on it as shown in the video. Cut the edges cleanly, then cut it in pastry slices.
- Decorate the slices with frosting designs, and garnish with chocolate curls and golden sugar. Your Moist Chocolate Pastry is ready to serve.
