Looking for a new design for cake? Try this cake recipe with exotic flavours. Here is a simple step-by-step process for making 1 kg Chocolate birthday cake. Ingredients

 

  • 330 gms chocolate premix
  • 160 gms water
  • 15 gms oil
  • 6 inch tin
  • Oddy Ecobake
  • Chocolate ganache 3-4 tbsp
  • Strawberry crush 1 ½ tbsp
  • Blueberry crush 1 ½ tbsp
  • Choco chips

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add premix, water, oil and whisk well. Make sure the batter is smooth and without lumps. In a 6 inch tin place the Oddy Ecobake on the base and sides of the tin. Oddy Ecobake ensures seamless baking and helps in easy demolding. Bake the cake for 180 degrees for 35-40 mins.
  • In a bowl add chocolate ganache and mix strawberry and blueberry crush on it. We have made a chocoberry sauce which we will use in cake.
  • Make 4 layers of the cake. One the first layer spray sugar water to soak the cake. Add whipping cream and chocoberry sauce. Blend the mixture well and cover the layer. Sprinkle choco chips all over the cake. Repeat the other layers of cake as well.
  • Layer the entire cake with white whipping cream. Level it up with a card. Pour chocolate ganache as on top of the cake as shown in the video. Plain and level the cake and show dripping on sides of the cake.
  • Fix small pieces of many chocolates on sides of the cake and on the top of the cake. Also add choco chips on the sides and top for decoration.
