No Cook Chocolate Sweet Roll

This Diwali, make this special, simple, and easy chocolate-sweet roll. You need only a handful of ingredients to make this sweet roll, like biscuits, cocoa powder, and milk powder. Oddy Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your sweet and enables you to roll two layers of the sweet together.

Ingredients

 

  • Biscuits & Milk powder – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp & Milk – 7 to 8 tbsp
  • Chopped dry fruits – 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp & Milk – ½ tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Grind the biscuits into a fine powder in a mixer jar. Mix biscuit powder with milk powder, sugar and milk to make the dough. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  • Put one portion of the dough in a separate bowl and add cocoa powder, chopped dry fruits, and milk and combine well. Transfer this chocolate dough onto Oddy Ecobake and give it a rectangular shape using your hands.
  • Roll the rectangular chocolate dough on this Ecobake cooking paper and freeze for 5 minutes. Take the other portion of the dough and roll it flat into a rectangular shape as shown using Ecobake.
  • Now place the freezed chocolate dough on this biscuit dough and roll them together with the help of Ecobake. Refrigerate the roll again for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, apply silver wark and cut the sweet roll into smaller pieces and enjoy.
