Nutella Ferrero Rocher Cake

Ingredients

 

  • for sponge Oddy Ecobake.,1&1/2 cup all-purpose flour,1 cup hot milk, 1/4 cup normal milk, 1/2 tsp coffee powder, 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate, 2 tbsp butter, 1/3 cup, oil, 3/4 cup sugar powder, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1/4 cup milk powder, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1&1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp Nutella
  • for ganache 100 grams chopped dark chocolate, 1/2 cup hot fresh cream
  • for glaze Leftover ganache, 4 tsp hot milk
  • for icing 2 cup chilled whip cream, 4 tbsp chocolate ganache, 1/2 cup chocolate syrup, 1/2 cup hazelnut, 1/3 cup Nutella spread, sugar syrup

Directions

 

  • Cover the baking tin on bottom and sides with Oddy Ecobake. Skip greasing the tin as Oddy Ecobake is non-greasy and eco-friendly.
  • In a bowl take 1 cup milk and ½ tsp coffee powder mix well. Add ½ cup dark chocolate, whisk and add 2 tbsp Nutella, 2 tbsp butter, mix well. Add 3/4th cup sugar powder, 1/3rd cup oil and mix. Add 2 tbsp vinegar. Leve it for 5 mins.
  • Mix after 5 mins. Now in a sieve add 1 and ½ cup all purpose flour, 1/4th cocoa powder, 1/4th cup milk powder, 1 and ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, sieve and add into our cake batter.
  • Mix well to avoid any lumps. Add ¼ cup milk gradually. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence. Mix and pour the batter into our baking tin. Bake for 60-65 mins on slow heat or bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 mins.
  • In a bowl take dark chocolate 100 gms and add hoe fresh cream ½ cup. Stir until chocolate dissolves. Keep in fridge for 15 mins. Our chocolate ganache is ready.
  • In a separate bowl take chilled whip cream, add 4 tbsp ganache and beat util stiff peaks are formed. Demold the cake and cut it in 3 layers. Apply whipped cream on the board. Assemble the cake. Add sugar syrup, chocolate whipped cream, Nutella spread and blend well. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts and add chocolate syrup.
  • Repeat the procedure for the next layer and add the third layer. Apply sugar syrup and crumb coat the cake. Keep it in fridge for 15 mins. Add a final coat of chocolate whipping cream, refrigerate the cake for 20 mins.
  • Take leftover ganache and add 2-3 tbsp hot milk and mix well. Our chocolate glaze is ready. Pour on top of our cake and spread nicely to cover the entire cake. Cover the sides with chopped hazelnuts and top it up with Ferrero Rocher chocolate. Our Nutella Ferrero Rocher cake is ready to relish.
