Paneer chingari is a recipe made from paneer and powdered masalas that is then served in white gravy. It is a very famous style of street food. The Ecobake cooking paper tray is used in the recipe to fry the paneer with very little oil.

Ingredients

 

  • Paneer & Milk
  • Cumin & Ginger
  • Green chili & Coriander leaves
  • Oil & Turmeric powder
  • Chili powder & Salt
  • Garam masala & Cumin powder

Directions

 

  • Take paneer in a bowl and mix with powdered masala and salt. Spread the EcoBake cooking paper tray in a frying pan and saute the paneer for 5 minutes, using less oil.
  • Crush the ginger, green chili, and coriander leaves into a coarse paste. Heat oil in the same frying pan and let cumin splutter.
  • Add ground paste and powdered masalas and cook with water. Add blended paneer with milk and cook until a creamy texture forms. Add fried paneer pieces.
