Paneer Farali pattice is an easy snack of patties made with potatoes and stuffed with panner and crushed peanuts. You can make this for snacks or for breakfast. Oddy Uniwraps can be used to wrap and store the paneer farali pattice to keep them fresh and crispy.

Ingredients

 

  • Potatoes - 4 boiled, salt, crush 2 tablespoons of peanuts
  • Juice of 1 lemon & Arrowroot powder & Oil for frying
  • Paneer - 1 cup, Crush 2 tbsp peanuts & 2 to 3 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 spoon cumin powder & salt
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts, 4 green chillies & Small pieces of ginger
  • 1 spoon of oil, 1 spoon cumin seeds & Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Prepare green chutney by grinding together peanuts, oil, green chillies, ginger, and salt with some water. Add the tempering of cumin seeds to the chutney.
  • Prepare the filling by adding paneer to a bowl with crushed peanuts and other spices. Make small balls with the prepared filling.
  • Prepare the dough with boiled and msahed potatoes and arrowroot powder. Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and fill with panner stuffing.
  • Repeat the same process with the remaining dough. Fry them in oil and enjoy with green chutney. Use Oddy Uniwraps to store the paneer farali pattice and keep them fresh and crispy.
