Paneer Kulcha in an Oven

About the Recipe

Today we are going to learn how to make paneer kulcha in an oven. You need only a handful of ingredients to make this kulcha. Oddy Ecobake allows you to bake paneer kulchas in the oven without using oil or butter to grease the baking tray. Hence, there is no additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Maida, Semolina & Curd
  • Sugar, Salt & Oil
  • Paneer, Onion & Green chillies
  • Ghee, Pepper, Salt and Red chilli powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves & Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Prepare the dough by kneading the maida, curd, salt, sugar, and curd with water. Apply oil to the dough and let it rest for a while.
  • Prepare the paneer filling by adding onion, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and fill with paneer filling. Seal it and flatten the dough again using a rolling pin.
  • Place the paneer kulchas on a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Remove the tray from the oven. Apply some ghee to the kulchas and enjoy them with your favourite side dish.
