Sugar-free Dry Fruit Roll

About the Recipe

Do try this dry-fruit, sugar-free roll that is both healthy and tasty. It is very easy to make and can be done in less time. Oddy Uniwraps help you wrap the dry-fruit roll and give it a perfect shape when taken out.

Ingredients

 

  • 200 gms dates & chopped cashews
  • Almonds,pistachios & melon seeds
  • Walnuts (optional) & figs (anjir)
  • Poppy seeds, 2-3 spoons ghee & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Grind dates and figs together in a mixer jar into a coarse paste. Roast poppy seeds in a pan and keep them aside.
  • Add ghee to the same pan and roast the dry fruits in it. Keep them aside. Again, add ghee to the pan and saute the dates and fig paste in it.
  • Once the mixture is cooked well, add the dry fruits to it and combine well. Switch off the stove.
  • Roll the dry fruit mixture into a cylindrical roll. once it cools down. Wrap the dry fruit roll with Oddy Uniwraps to set it.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours in the fridge. After 2 hours, remove the roll and cut it into small pieces to serve.
