Tandoori Fish

About the Recipe

A traditional Indian dish that is extremely well-liked among us is tandoori fish. This quick and easy recipe takes around 15 minutes to complete. The fish is flavored with basic spices, and a yogurt marinade preserves the fish, making it tender and juicy. You can bake the tandoori fish in an oven with the Oddy Ecobake without having to clean the baking tray afterward.

Ingredients

 

  • Surmai fish- 2 pieces & 3 to 4 sp gram masala
  • 1/4 tsp turemric powder & 1.5 tsp agri masala
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder & Oddy Ecobake
  • 1/4 sp coriander and garam masala powder
  • Coriander leaves, salt & 2 lemon

Directions

 

  • Clean the fish thoroughly with water and rub salt and lemon juice on it.
  • Prepare the masala by mixing gram flour with all the mentioned masalas and water.
  • Let it marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge. After 30 minutes, place the fish pieces on a baking tray lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Apply oil to both sides of the fish pieces and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Flip the pieces after 7 to 8 minutes to cook on both sides. Your crispy and juicy fish tandoori is ready!
