Tangy Mango Lollipop

Ingredients

  • 1 Raw mango & Mint leaves
  • 1/2 Cup water & 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp black salt & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

  • Peel and cut a raw mango into small pieces. Grind them together with water and mint leaves. Strain the puree to separate the mango mint water in a bowl.
  • Transfer the water into a cup and leave it for 15 minutes. Once the residue of mint leaves settles at the bottom, collect the upper layer of mango water in another cup.
  • Melt sugar in a pan with 3 tablespoons of water. Once the sugar melts, add the upper mango water to the sugar syrup and mix well. Cook until a softball consistency is attained.
  • Arrange scoops of the thickened mango sugar mixture in the Oddy Ecobake. Let them set and dry for a while. Collect the lollipops once they are completely dried and come off the Oddy Ecobake.
