Tempting Idiyappams

About the Recipe

Idiyappam is made from rice flour pressed into noodles, woven into a flat disc-like shape and then steamed. It is called “string hopper” in English and “nool-puttu” in Malayalam.  It is a common breakfast in South India. The Oddy Ecobake No-Stick Liners are used to gently steam the idiyappams and make them non-stick. They promote steam circulation, are pre-cut, non-toxic, non-stick, and water-proof, saving you time and bringing out a nice flavor.
