A quick snack to start your day with the lovely combination of tomato puree as spread on the bread topped with crunchy fresh veggies before baking. Healthy and absolutely a tasty option. Oddy Ecobake is non-greasy and perfect for frying on pan.

Ingredients

 

  • 3 Pieces tomato
  • 1 Piece onion
  • 2 Pieces Kashmiri chilli
  • 2 Pieces spicy chilli
  • 1/4 Cup garlic
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1/2 Cup paneer cubes
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • sliced capsicum
  • sliced onion
  • Oddy Ecobake
  • 4 slices bread

Directions

 

  • In a kadai add water, tomatoes, onions, Kashmiri chillies, spicy chillies, and garlic. Cover the lid and boil for 10 mins. Remove lid after 10 mins. Strain water and add into mixer jar.
  • Grind and make a fine paste. In a pan add oil, add grinded mixture, stir and add sugar, salt, mixed herbs. Mix and cook for 5 mins at low flame. Red chutney ready.
  • In a bowl take panner cubes and add salt, prepared chutney, and mix well. Apply butter on bread. Then apply red chutney. Place coated paneer cubes. Add sliced capsicum and sliced onion.
  • Add grated mozzarella cheese. Line frying pan with Oddy Ecobake and place our open sandwich. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Open sandwich is ready to serve.
