- 4 tbsp. Baking powder
- 4 tbsp. Vanilla essence
- ½ kg Butter
- 1 Egg
- Cherries 175 Grams
- Chopped dates 250 grams
- Chopped cashew nuts 175 grams
- Grapes with seeds 200 grams
- Powdered sugar 1 kg
- Brandy (Optional)
Cut small pieces of dates, grapes, and cherries and put them in a bowl add some brandy in it and keep them for one week.
Take a pan to add sugar and water in it, keep it stirring on low flame. When the sugar turns brown take off the pan from heat.
Take a bowl to add flour and baking powder, add the fruit dipped in brandy and add cashew nut and mix it well.

- Unsalted Butter
- 2/3 Cups of all Purpose Flour
- 2/3 Cups of sugar
- 1 tbsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tbsp. salt
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. Baking Soda
- ½ cup of refined oil
- 1 tbsp. vanilla essence
For Marshmallow Swirl
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¼ Cream Of Tartar
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla Essence
- 6 Cups of Chocolate Ice cream
- 1 Cup chopped Hazelnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put baking paper in your cake baking vessel this will help you to take out your cake easily when baked.
In a Bowl add cocoa powder, baking powder, flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Mix water, vanilla essence, and oil in another bowl.
Mix egg yolks till the egg become pale yellow and thick. Gradually add oil while beating eggs. Add flour mixture until combined.
Beat egg white in another bowl until the mixture becomes foamy, gradually add sugar and egg yolk mixture in it and mix properly.
Put the batter into the cake baking tray. Divide the mixture into two trays. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Place egg white, sugar, and cream of tartar in a bowl over the pan of simmering water. Mix properly until the sugar dissolve and mixture is warm. Remove from the heat and beat with a mixer, until the mixture becomes stiff and glossy peaks form. Add vanilla into it.
Add ice cream and hazelnut in a bowl and stir. Fold it in the three-fourths of the marshmallow swirl and spread over the cake in a pan. Freeze it for at least 6 hours. Cut into wedges and serve.
