Advanced Flavour Chocolate Hazelnut Cake is an exceptional cake with a super delicious taste. Try this cake at home for kids and family members. Before baking, line the cake tin with Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper circles for the proper base of the cake and seamless cake removal. With this, there is no need to pregrease the base. It is easy to use for cooking and baking.

Ingredients

 

  • 250 grams melted chocolate compound
  • 125 ml whipping cream, 2 tbsp hazlenut sauce.
  • 9 inch square cake tin, Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles
  • 500 gram chocolate premix, 250 gram water, and 3-4 tbsp oil
  • sugar syrup, roasted and chopped dryfruits i.e. almonds, cashew and hazlenut
  • hazlenut sauce and chocolate ganashe
  • little milk, N46 nozzle, some colored sugar balls & some red cherries

Directions

 

  • In a bowl take 250 grams melted chocolate compound, 125 ml whipping cream, 2 tbsp hazlenut sauce. Whisk well with a beater till it increases to double its quantity.
  • Take a 9 inch square cake tin. Place Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles to the base. Prepare cake batter with 500 gram chocolate premix, 250 gram water, and 3-4 tbsp oil.
  • Mix well and prepare smooth cake batter. Bake it at 180 degree celsius for 35-40 mins. Allow the cake to cool and cut four layers of the cake. Cut the top brown layer of the cake and keep aside.
  • The fourth layer of the cake and divide and cut it into three equal parts. One part of the layer shall be used with the remaining layers to give the cake a rectangle shape.
  • Now place one layer on cake board along with the cut portion of fourth layer. Do the coating with sugar syrup and filling with chocolate Hazlenut mixture.
  • Now add roasted and chopped dryfruits i.e. almonds, cashew and hazlenut. Next take hazzle nut sauce and chocolate ganashe in separate piping bag and draw slanting lines on the filing.
  • Repeat the steps till all three layer are complete. With a fine layer of the cream, complete the crumb coating. Remove excess cream and give the cake a sharp cutting edge with a ruler or scale.
  • With a traingle comb give the sides a pattern. Next prepare chocolate ganashe mixed with little milk to give it a liquid texture. Pour this on the cake and spread it gently with a spatula.
  • Next take a piping bag and add the filing mixture and do the bottom border of the cake in the form of frills. Next take the same mixture in a pipping bag and N46 nozzle and make a rectangular border on the top of the cake.
  • On the joints of the rectange make rozztte. Take the same cream and make fine lines in a thread pattern on the sides of the cake.
  • Write the name of the birthday person in the centre with the cream. Next prepare roses with same cream and place it on the top and bottom corner of the cake.
  • Sprinkle red color and glitter to make there rose attractive. Sprinkle some colored sugar balls on the cake and some red cherries on the border of the cake.
