About the Recipe

The red velvet cake is incredibly beautiful, colorful, and delicious. Frosting made of cheese and cream is used to decorate it. Thanks to Oddy Ecobake, which makes it easier to bake a soft, smooth cake that easily glides off the baking sheet and is also simple to clean up after baking.

Ingredients

  • Red velvet cake premix - 200 gm & Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp & Paneer = 100 gm
  • Salt - 1/8 tsp & Powdered sugar - 5 tbsp
  • water as required to make a smooth batter
  • Whipping cream . 240 ml & Sugar syrup
  • Golden sugar balls & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

  • Prepare cake batter by mixing red velvet cake premix with oil and water. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 40 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 °C. Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the top of the cake.
  • Then divide the cake into three equal parts. Crumble the top layer of the cake into small pieces. Grind 100 g of paneer in a mixer jar with salt. Beat 240 ml of whipping cream in a bowl. Add the paneer mixture to the whipped cream and beat them until stiff peaks are formed.
  • Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream. Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely with the cream and level it using a cake scraper and spatula.
  • Make a ripple pattern using a cake comb. Grind the trimmed part of the cake and use it to decorate the cake. Decorate the cake crumbs at the bottom of the cake. Make rosettes with the 120-N nozzle.
  • Remove the cake crumbs from one side of the cake and apply some cream there. Arrange the rosettes on the cream as shown. Decorate the other side of the cake with golden sugar balls. Place a Happy Anniversary tag on one side. Your red velvet cake is ready!
