Who doesn’t like samosas? For all those who feel guilty after eating one, here we present a healthier baked version. It is very convenient to make as you don’t have to deep-fry these samosas. Use Oddy Ecobake to make it oil-free and have it as an evening snack.

Ingredients
- 1.5 Cup Flour (Maida)
- Half spoon baking powder
- Half small spoon salt
- 1/4th Cup Oil
- 1 Spoon Ghee
- 1/2 spoon jeera
- 2 Chopped Green Chilies
- 4 Mashed Boiled Potato
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red chilly powder
- 1/2 spoon aamchoor
- 1/2 spoon garam masala
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Chopped Coriander
Directions
- Make Dough for samosa- Add salt, Baking Powder into maida flour. Pour Oil and mix all things well and prepare dough with water.
- Cover dough with a cloth to settle it down.
- Now Prepare Aloo for samosa. Take Pan and put oil, jeera, green chilies, amchur powder, 4 boiled potatoes, and garam masala. Add red chilly powder and coriander and stir it well.
- Now cut Maida into 4 parts. Roll all 4 maida dough and put one over it. Now fold all 4 rolled sheets. Then cut a piece of that rolled dough.
- Take 1 dough out of it and roll it again and fill samosa stuffing in it. Now give it the shape of a samosa.
- Take a sheet of Oddy Ecobake and spread it over a baking tray. Put samosa over it. Now bake it for 15 mins over medium flame.
- Your samosas are ready to serve with tomato sauce.
