Butter Cake Recipe With Eggs

Make this soft and spongy butter cake with easily available ingredients such as butter, flour, and eggs. You will want to make this cake again and again once you do it and taste it.   • Butter - 125 gm & 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp - maida + 1/2 cup sugar
  • Salt - a pinch & Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 2 to 3 tbsp & vanilla powder - 2 tbsp



  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C. Line the cake mould with Ecobake parchment paper.
  • Prepare the batter by mixing and whisking together sugar, butter, and vanilla powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs and whip it again. Sieve the dry ingredients into the bowl and give them a good mix.
  • Add milk to adjust the consistency of the batter. Transfer the batter to the cake mould.
  • Bake the cake for 35 to 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees C. Once the cake is baked and cooled, demould it and cut it into pieces.
