Dhokla is a popular and traditional Indian recipe originating from Gujarat. One of the key issues that people face when steaming dhokla is that it gets stuck to the pan. When we take it out, the shape gets broken. Ecobake helps in getting perfect dhokla shape without any greasing and no need of cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • 200 gram vanilla premix
  • 100 gram water
  • 1.5 tablespoon oil
  • 2 to 3 drop mango essence
  • 200 gram whipping cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon mango crush

Directions

 

  • Take one bowl, add Vanilla premix, water, oil and mango essence. Mix batter with the help of whisk.
  • Take 5 inch cake tin and line with Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles. Pour batter and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
  • Take 200 gram Whipping cream and beat with the help of electric beater until becomes stiff.
  • Demould cake Sponge and allow it to cool and cut into 2 to 3 layers. Take lower layer and soak it with water.
  • Add cream and mango crush and spread over the layer. Repeat this process and cover whole cake with the help of whipping cream.
  • Decorate with Noor 46 number nozzle and use Golden drip.
