Banana Chocolate Cake Topped with Nuts

About the Recipe

Try this chocolate banana cake made with whole wheat flour and topped with nuts. There is no need to use the oven to make this cake. With Oddy Ecobake, you can get the perfect cake shape without having to grease the mold.

Ingredients

 

  • Ripped Banana - 2 Large & Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Veg Oil - 1/3 Cup (80 ml) & Vanilla Essesnce - 2 Tsp
  • Chocolate Milk - 1 Cup & Whole Wheat Flour - 1.5 Cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/4 Cup (30 gm) & Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp and Oddy Ecobake
  • Chopped Nuts and Chocochips

Directions

 

  • Grind banana, condensed milk, oil, vanilla essence, and chocolate milk together in a mixer jar to make a fine paste. Sieve and add the dry ingredients to the same bowl.
  • Add baking powder and baking salt to the mixture and mix well. Add the mashed wet ingredients to the same bowl and combine well to prepare the cake batter.
  • Line the 8" cake tin with Oddy Ecobake. Pour the cake batter into it. When using Oddy Ecobake, there is no need to grease the tray. Garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
  • Preheat a kadai for 10 minutes on low heat. Bake on low heat for 40 minutes. Cool down the cake slightly. With eco-friendly Oddy Eco Bake Paper, you can easily demold the cake. Cut a slice and enjoy.
