  • Take thick round bottomed kadhai or pan on flame. Add 4 cups of thick Wheat flour, 3 cups of desi ghee, and mix well till ghee and wheat flour is nicely mixed and roasted.
  • Then add 1 more cup of ghee and mix again till colour changes of wheat flour. Then add 15-20 peppercorns and mix.
  • Add finely sliced almonds and mix till colour changes to brown and mixture is cooked. Next add 1/2 cup of desi Ghee and keep strring it slowly.
  • Next add 1 cup of edible gum and mix it continuously on high flame. Once the ladoo mixture starts spluttering and rises in quantity, switch off the flame.
  • After the gas is off, keep stirring the ladoo mixture to prevent it from sticking and getting burnt. Allow it to cool.
  • When it's cooled down a bit add dessicated coconut in the mixture. Mix it well. When the mixture is still warm, add Desi Khand (unrefined sugar) and mix it with hands.
  • The mixture will soften. Now make round balls like ladoo and gently shape them. Garnish with sliced almond piece. Use Oddy Uniwraps to store or gift the ladoo.
