Besan ki kachori

About the Recipe

The besan flour kachoris are the simplest, yet yummiest kachoris. They can be served as snacks, are perfect for tea time, and can be packed for breakfast. Uniwraps paper foil is used to keep them fresh for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • Besan/gram flour-1 cup & Wheat flour-1 cup
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp & Salt – as per taste
  • Onion – 1 , Ajwain-1 tsp & White till seeds -1 tsp
  • Chili flakes – 1 tbsp & Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves & Oil- for frying

Directions

 

  • Mix besan, wheat flour, turmeric powder, and salt with water into a slightly thick batter in a bowl.
  • Add chopped onion to it. Add ajwain, white til seeds, chilli flakes, and ginger-garlic paste to the batter.
  • Mix well, adding coriander leaves. The kachoris batter is ready. Make kachoris by deep frying them in hot oil.
  • The tasty besan flour kachoris are ready. Pack them in Ecobake paper so that they stay fresh for a long time.
