Best Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake

Cakes are every kid’s favorite, and tutti frutti cake is considerably easier to prepare in comparison to other complex cake recipes. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the tutti-frutti cake without greasing the mold, and it makes demolding the cake simple and hassle-free.

Ingredients

 

  • Butter - 50 gm, condensed milk - 200 gm
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp & Oddy Ecobake
  • tutti frutti - 1/2 cup & Maida - 1 cup
  • water as required to make a smooth batter
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp & Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Saffron milk - 2 tbsp & Milk - 1/2 cup

Directions

 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and condensed milk. Add vanilla essence to the mixture and combine well.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the butter and condensed milk mixture and give them a good mix.
  • Add saffron milk to the mixture and mix well. Prepare the cake batter by adding milk to the bowl.
  • Coat the tutti-frutti pieces with maida in a small bowl. Add them to the cake batter and combine well.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, demold it and remove the Oddy Ecobake. Cut the cake into slices and enjoy!
