The renowned Indian snack known as chaat, which originated in Uttar Pradesh, is now enjoyed worldwide. This trending chaat board should be tried by all chaat enthusiasts. Oddy Ecobake allows you to serve a variety of chaats on a single plate without having to do any additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • curd - 300 gm & Tamirand - 1/4 cup
  • Luke warm water - 1 cup & Jaggery - 1/3rd cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp, Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp & Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp & Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup & Garlic cloves - 2
  • Green chilli - 1, Salt - 1/2 tsp, Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp & Hinge - 2 pinches
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp & Lemon - 1/2
  • Alu bhujia - 2 tbsp & Ice cubes - 1
  • Chopped onions, tomatoes and boiled potatoes
  • Boiled green moong, pomogranate seeds & nylon sev
  • Beetroot slices, Papdi & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Tie the curd in a cotton cloth and hang it to drain for 1 hour. Soak the tamarind in water for some time.
  • Prepare tamarind chutney with strained tamarind water, jaggery, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and dry ginger powder.
  • Prepare green chutney by grinding mint and coriander leaves with green chilies, garlic cloves, and other mentioned masalas.
  • Take a chopping board in a circular shape and line it with Oddy Ecobake using tape. As shown, apply curd to the oddy Ecobake.
  • Add chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, and green moong dal. Add the green chutney and tamarind chutney to them.
  • In the meantime, put the water for boil for placing the dhokla batter for steaming. Now pour the batter in the tray and pat the base to settle the batter equally. Sprinkle little red chilli powder on the batter.
  • Garnish with masalas, nylon sev, beetroot slices, and mint leaves. Arrange the sev along the border of the chaat. Your chaat board is ready to be enjoyed!
