Birthday Chocolate Cake with Simple Decoration

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 Cup sugar, 1/4 Cup oil & 3/4 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup all purpose flour & 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tsp baking powder & 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • 1 Cup dark chocolate & 1/4 Cup fresh cream
  • 1 Tbsp butter & Golden choco chips

Directions

 

  • Churn sugar, oil, and milk in a mixer jar for a minute. Then add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda and grind again to prepare a smooth batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 170 °C in a preheated oven in convection mode. Once the cake is baked and cooled, demould it.
  • Melt dark chocolate, fresh cream, and butter in a bowl in the oven for 5 minutes. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cake and spread it evenly. Decorate the cake with golden choco chips. Your amazing birthday cake is ready.
