An easy recipe for a nutritious and delectable snack is broccoli and paneer cutlets. Despite having few ingredients, it tastes excellent. You can give it to your kids as a snack in the evening. Due to the air-frying process, the cutlets are even healthier. Utilizing Oddy Ecobake, which is grease-proof and safe for use in an air fryer, the cutlets are made oil-free and non-sticky.

Ingredients

 

  • Broccoli-300 g & Paneer-300 g
  • Salt & Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala & Chaat masala-1 tsp
  • Cumin powder-1 tsp & Lemon juice-1/2 tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Wash and grate broccoli and paneer. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, and lemon juice and mix well to form a dough.
  • Make them into cutlets. Line an air fryer basket with perforated Oddy Ecobake.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Place all the cutlets in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the cutlets for 15 minutes. You can grease them with oil or ghee before air frying.
  • The broccoli and paneer cutlets are ready. Serve it along with green chutney.
