Two Methods Of Homemade Peanut Butter

Make peanut butter in a healthy and simple way with only a few ingredients. Homemade peanut butter is super smooth, creamy, and flavorful. You can enjoy it by spreading it on a slice of bread or on a chapati. Once you try it, you’ll never get it from a store. Ingredients

 

  • Raw peanut-1 cup
  • Refined sunflower oil-2 tsp & Salt
  • Cocoa powder-1 tsp
  • Jaggery powder-3 tsp
  • Ghee
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Dry roast the peanuts and roast them until they turn crisp and brown. Cool them off and remove the skin from them.
  • Grind them in a jar for 30 seconds, twice. Then add oil to it and blend it again for a few seconds. Mix a little amount of salt into it, and our homemade peanut butter is ready.
  • Make chocolate peanut butter by grinding peanuts with cocoa powder and jaggery powder and mixing them with oil and a little ghee.
  • Store them in clean, airtight jars. Apply any peanut butter as you wish on the bread slices.
