Cake Decoration Trick Using Knife

Ingredients

 

  • Whipped cream
  • Royal Blue Gel food color
  • Egg Yellow gel food color
  • Piping Bag
  • Piping bag with leaf nozzle

Directions

 

  • Bake a vanilla cake or any other cake using a 6 inch cake tin lined with Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper. Divide the cake into three parts and move forward with frosting using white whipped cream.
  • Take a spatula full of whipped cream in a bowl and add a few drops of egg yellow gel food color, mix it well and transfer it to the piping bag without any nozzle.
  • Using the piping bag, make sparkler type designs on the bottom side of the cake, and add some drops below them, as shown in the video.
  • Using a knife, make a semicircle arch on the cake, and put a thick layer of yellow whipped cream on the top of it, as shown in the video.
  • Take a knife and make some random pattern on the knife as shown in the video. Now mark these designs on the cake, keep making this design until most of the cake is covered in it.
  • Take a piping bag with leaf nozzle, make wild flowers on any flat surface, like the bottom of a bowl or glass etc. and transfer those flowers on the cake.
  • Place these flowers on a thick line of yellow cream on the cake.
  • Now for the finishing, using yellow whipped cream in the piping bag, fill the center of the flowers with it to make them look beautiful and natural. You can also make leaves around the flower using the piping bag with leaf nozzle.
