Cake Decoration Trick

Ingredients

 

  • Whipped Cream
  • Yellow Gel Food Color
  • Chocolate Gel food color
  • Purple Gel Food Color
  • Leaf Green Gel Food Color
  • Skewer, Piping Bag
  • Piping bag with 125 number Nozzle
  • Disposable Coffee Cup/Glass

Directions

 

  • Take a 6 inch cake tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper, bake a cake and divide it into 3 layers. Do the frosting using white whipped cream
  • Take 2-3 spatulas of whipped cream in a bowl and add 2-3 drops of Yellow gel food color and 2 drops of chocolate gel food color, and mix it well to get a mustard color cream.
  • Coat the sides of the cake using this cream, and smoothen it using a cake scraper. Using a skewer make the leaning stick print on the cake side, clockwise and anti clockwise as shown in the video.
  • Take a piping bag filled with white whipped cream, and make small dots on the intersection point of the leaning lines we made using a skewer.
  • Take 2-3 spatulas of whipped cream in a bowl and add a few drops of Purple and Sky blue gel food color.
  • Take a piping bag with 125 no. nozzles and add white and purple whipped cream to it side by side as shown in the video.
  • Take a disposable cup and on its base make a flower-like structure and transfer the flowers on the cake using knives or scissors, as shown in the video. Using the white whipped cream fill the center of the flowers
