This simple pistachio cake recipe comes together in minutes. The pistachio flavour comes out nicely in this recipe. Ecobake helps in getting perfect cake without any greasing and no need of cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients
- For Sponge- maida 110 grm, milk powder 20 grm, Baking Powder 1/2 tsp, Baking Soda 1/8 th tsp, Castor sugar 60 grm, oil 40 grm, curd 50 grm, pista essence 2-3 drop, green colour 3-4 drop and milk 50 grm
- For Pistachio Milk- 1/2 - 3/4th cup milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 20 grm white chocolate, pista and essence.
Directions
- Take a bowl-add curd ,sugar, oil, pista essence and green colour. Mix all the liquid ingredient and until sugar melts.
- Sieve maida, milk powder, Baking Soda and Baking Powder. Mix dry and wet ingredients.
- Take 6 inch tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake brown and pour batter into tin. No need to grease as well.
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 25-30 minutes in preheated oven
- For pistachio milk, take a pan and boil milk, add sugar, white chocolate green colour and essence.
- Allow milk to cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for a while Demould pistachio cake after cooling and prick with fork.
- Pour pistachio milk on cake sponge and garnish with pista slice and cherries
