Dhokla is a popular and traditional Indian recipe originating from Gujarat. One of the key issues that people face when steaming dhokla is that it gets stuck to the pan. When we take it out, the shape gets broken. Ecobake helps in getting perfect dhokla shape without any greasing and no need of cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • Powdered sugar
  • 100 gm Compound chocolate
  • Whipped cream
  • Edible Orange and green color
  • Choco chips
  • Candys

Directions

 

  • Make a cake better and pour it in a 6 inch cake tin using Oddy brown ecobake to make a cake sponge.
  • Preheat the steel pot and wilestand in the steel pot now and put the cake tin in it and cover it with a plate and leave it on medium flame for 40 to 45 min meanwhile prepare one cup whipped cream.
  • Now your cake sponge it ready, cut the sponge in three part for frosting
  • Place the first layer of sponge and apply sugar syrup and cream on it and put another layer on and repeat the process.
  • Crumb Coat the cake completely, and smoothen it using a scrapper or card as shown in the video, make a design on cake by silicon brush as shown in the video.
  • Now make cake decorations using poppet fidget toys of the heart and ice cream shape.
  • Melt 100gm of dark chocolate compound as shown in the video and leave it for 5 min.
  • Now make cake decorations using poppet fidget toys of the heart and ice cream shape. Put candys or gems in fidget toys and fill the toys with melted chocolate and put them in the freezer.
  • After 5 min take out the toys from the freezer and remove the chocolate pieces from the mold and intact them using melted chocolate.
  • Assemble the heart shape chocolate around the cake
  • Make flowers on the top of the cake using orange cream and a 195 number nozzle piping bag and put Choco chips on the flowers.
  • Place the ice cream shaped chocolate in the middle cake and make a leaf on the cake by using green color cream and V cut nozzle and now your cake is ready.
