Cake with Unique and Subtle Design

About the Recipe

This recipe shows how to make a designer cake for special occasions. This is a simple cake made from flour, sugar, and whipping cream. The rich and beautiful decoration adds beauty to the cake. The Oddy Ecobake cooking paper, which is reusable and eco-friendly, is used in the recipe to make a smooth cake.

Ingredients

 

  • Oil-3 tbsp & Powdered sugar -1/2 cup +1 tbsp
  • Milk-1/3 cup, Vanilla essence -1 tsp & Vinegar -1 tsp
  • Whipping cream -1 cup & Sugar syrup: sugar 2 tbsp+ water ¼ cup
  • Strawberry crush & Radiant green gel colour
  • Chocolate brown gel colour & All- purpose flour -3/4 cup
  • Milk powder -2 tbsp, Baking powder -3/4 tsp & Baking soda -1/4 tsp

Directions

 

  • Mix oil, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla essence in a bowl. Add the sifted dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Then add vinegar to it and mix well without lumps to form a soft batter. Line a baking tray with oddy Ecobake cooking paper and transfer the batter into it.
  • Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius. Beat whipping cream in a bowl until you get stiff peaks. Cut the cake into three layers. Apply sugar syrup, whipping cream, and strawberry crush on each layer. Repeat the process for the other two layers.
  • Frost the cake with whipping cream all over. Take a few drops of radiant-green food colour and mix it with whipping cream and blue cream. Frost the cake with this cream, as shown. Take brown cream in a grass nozzle piping bag and decorate as shown.
  • Use the rose petal nozzle to decorate with green cream as shown. Use nozzle No. 120 to decorate with purple cream for flowers as shown. Complete the decoration of the cake as shown. Our spongy and yummy designer cake is ready.
