Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Bread & 1/4 Cup melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic & 1 Tbsp chopped green coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp + 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp + 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp + 1/2 Tsp chilli flakes
  • Grated processed cheese & 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp all purpose flour & 1 Cup milk
  • 1/3 Cup grated processed cheese
  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper powder & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

  • Take 1 whole bread without any slices in it. Cut and make a square on one side. Keep a gap of 1-2 inch on the bottom of this.
  • Then using something heavy, press the bread portion on the inside of that cut square. Take a bread slice and cut the remaining bread into slices as shown.
  • Cut from the other side and make that also in the form of a square. The bottom portion should be intact so cut carefully.
  • In a container - add melted butter, chopped garlic and green coriander, salt, oregano, chilli flakes and then mix all of this well. Garlic butter is ready.
  • Apply and coat garlic butter on the bread on all sides and even the interior part of the sliced portion. Now add processed grated cheese to the bread.
  • Line the baking tray with Oddy Ecobake and place the bread on the tray. Keep bread in a preheated oven and toast it for another 3 minutes.
  • To make white sauce - in a pan, take some butter and all purpose flour. Roast it at low flame then add milk and keep stirring so that lumps are not formed.
  • In some time, the milk will become thick. Now you can add grated processed cheese, salt, oregano and chilli flakes. You can add black pepper powder as well.
  • Pour white cheese sauce in the cavity. This amazing cheesy garlic bread fondue is ready to serve.
