If you want to try a recipe from left-over chapatis, then make this easy cabbage chicken roll made from the stuffing made with stirred vegetables, cabbage, and chicken and rolled in a left-over chapati. The chapati roll is wrapped and rolled in Oddy Uniwraps, which come in attractive prints and keep your food safe and hygienic for a long period of time.

Ingredients

 

  • Oil - 2 Tbsp & Chopped Garlic & Chilli - 1 Tsp
  • Sliced Large Onion -1 & Sliced Carrot & Capsicum
  • Shredded Cabbage - 250 gm & Salt - 2 Tsp
  • Boneless Chicken - 250 gm & Soya Sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 Tbsp & Black Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Cooked chapati & Chaat masala
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and ginger, sliced onions, carrots, capsicum, and shredded cabbage, stir, and mix well.
  • Cook on a low flame for 5 minutes. Then add boneless chicken pieces to it, cover, and cook for 7 minutes on a low flame.
  • Then add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, and salt to it and mix well. The chicken and cabbage stuffing is ready.
  • Take a left-over chapati, fill the stuffing in the center, sprinkle chaat masala, and pour tomato ketchup.
  • Roll, wrap and tuck it in Oddy Uniwraps. Serve it hot or pack it with Oddy Uniwraps.
