Ingredients
- Whipped Cream
- Ice cream cone
- ¼ cup Chopped Dark Chocolate Compound
- 3 tbsp Hot Milk
- 1M Nozzle piping bag
- 2C Nozzle Piping bag
- Chocolate balls
- Golden Sugar Balls
Directions
- Bake a cake in a 6 inch cake tin which is lined with Oddy Ecobake Baking and cooking Paper. Cut a thin layer of cake and keep it aside.
- Crumb coat with whipped cream and smoothen it using a scraper.
- Now crush the remaining part of the cake that we took aside, and make fine crumbs of it using your hand or mixer grinder.
- Take a strainer plate and hold it upside down on the cake as shown in the video, make sure that plate shouldn’t touch the cake.
- Now pour the crumbs on the plate and by your hand rub them on the plate, so that crumbs would strain through the holes and make a beautiful swirl pattern on the cake.
- Place an ice-cream cone on the top of the cake as shown in the video.
- Take a bowl with ¼ cup of chopped dark chocolate compound and add 3 tbsp hot milk and mix them. Transfer some ganache into a bowl containing some whipped cream to make chocolate cream, transfer it to a 1M nozzle piping bag and decorate the cake as shown in the video.
- Take a 2C nozzle piping bag with whipped cream and decorate further.
- Add some Chocolate balls and golden balls on rosettes, and your beautiful chocolate cake is ready.
