Chocolate Mithai Roll With Fresh Cream & Milk Powder

Ingredients

 

  • Fresh cream – 110 gm & Milk powder – 70 gm
  • Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp & Butter – 1 tbsp
  • White chocolate – 120 gm, Oreo & Melted chocolate

Directions

 

  • Mix fresh cream and milk powder in a pan. Heat the pan by placing it on the stove. Add sugar and butter and cook well to form a dough. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl using the double boiler method.
  • Add the chocolate melt to the dough and mix well. Break and add a few oreo biscuits to the dough and mix well. Shape the dough into a rectangular shape using Ecobake cooking paper.
  • Refrigerate the rectangular dough using Ecobake cooking paper and refrigerate it for 2 hours. After 2 hours, unwrap and take the dough outside to trim the ends.
  • Cut the dough into rectangular bars and dip and coat them in melted chocolate. Dry them on Ecobake cooking paper and garnish with chocolate ganache.
