Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Oreo & 3/4 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Tsp eno & 3/4 Cup dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp hot whip cream & 3/4 Cup whip cream
  • Chocolate ganache & Oddy Ecobake
  • 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste & 1/4 tsp eno

Directions

  • Break the Oreo cookies into small pieces in a bowl and add milk to them. Whisk and mix them well. Add eno to the Oreo cake batter with some milk on it and combine well.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a saucepan lined with Oddy Ecobake. Place it on a preheated tawa and bake it for 20 minutes over a low flame.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, demold it and remove the Oddy Ecobake. Place the cake on a plate and cover it with a plastic sheet as shown.
  • Melt chopped dark chocolate and whipping cream in a bowl using the double boiler method. Beat whipped cream in a bowl, add chocolate ganache to it and beat again.
  • Thus, chocolate frosting is ready. Cover the cake entirely with chocolate frosting as described. Remove the plastic wrap, level the cream, and freeze the cake for 30 minutes.
  • Pour the chocolate ganache over the cake kept on a wire stand. Spread the ganache evenly. Cut a slice and enjoy!
