Chocolaty Pancakes without Maida and Eggs

Make these light and fluffy pancakes without maida and eggs. These pancakes are packed with nutrition as they are made with wheat flour and banana. Ecobake helps in setting the Nutella drops, which will be added to the pancakes to bring the chocolatey flavor.

Ingredients

 

  • Whole wheat flour- 1 cup
  • Medium sized ripe banana- 2
  • Sugar- 2 tbsp & Refined oil- 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp & Nutella- 6 tbsp
  • Milk- 1/2 cup+ 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp

Directions

 

  • Pour and spread 6 tbsp of Nutella drops on a sheet of Ecobake cooking paper. Freeze this Ecobake cooking paper for 30 minutes until the nutella drops become hard. 
  • In a mixing jar, grind bananas, sugar, oil, and milk together to form a puree. Transfer this puree into a bowl and add the dry ingredients. Add more milk to the pancake batter to adjust the consistency. 
  • Transfer this batter into a batter dispenser bottle. Heat a pan, pour in the pancake batter, and spread it lightly. Place a hardened nutella drop on it and pour the batter again to cover the nutella. 
  • Cook each side of the batter for 2 minutes and flip it. Repeat the same process to make the remaining pancakes. While cooking, Nutella melts and adds to the chocolatey flavor of the pancake.
