Christmas Special Choco-Dryfruits Cupcakes

Christmas special Choco Dryfruits Cupcake is soft, spongy, and yummy. Before preparing cupcakes, line the cupcakes tray with Oddy Ecobake Brown. No need for cupcake paper. Oddy Ecobake Brown is used for baking cakes, cupcakes, and other cooking recipes. It is easy, re-suable, grease-proof, and heat resistant.

Ingredients

 

  • Maida - 1/2 cup, Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp, Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp, Salt - A pinch
  • Condensed milk - 2 tbsp, Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 1/4 cup, Milk - 1/4 cup, Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Dark compound - 3 tbsp, Chopped almonds - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Cashews 2 tbsp, Other chopped dryfruits 2 tbsp
  • For decoration - Dark compound & Mixed dryfruits
  • Oddy Ecobake Brown

Directions

 

  • Take a cupcake tray and place Oddy Ecobake Brown in the shape of the cupcake.
  • Take a mixing bowl. Sieve all dry ingredients like maida, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, etc. into the. Mix them with a wisk.
  • Add condensed milk, curd and oil into it. Also gradually add milk in it and then mix it properly. Check consistency of batter.
  • And add some extra milk if needed. Add chopped dark compound and dryfruis into the batter. Mix them into the batter quickly.
  • Add the batter into cupcake moulds. Tap the tin twice. Garnish them with some more chopped compound and dryfruits.
  • Bake all the cupcakes in preheated vessel, for 20-25 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 20 min at 180 degree if using oven.
