Instant Chocolate Plum Cake

About the Recipe

This Christmas prepare Instant Chocolate Plum Cake. It is eggless and has no maida. It is soft, and delicious and is the perfect plum cake. While baking cakes, it is important to line the cake container. Use Oddy Ecobake Brown, it is used for baking cakes, cupcakes, and other baking items. It is safe, made from eco-friendly products, and reusable.

Ingredients

 

  • Orange juice - 1/2 cup, Chopped cashews - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds - 2 tbsp, Tutty fruity - 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Plums - 2 tbsp, Black Plums - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cherries - 3 tbsp, Other candid fruits - 2 tbsp
  • Clove - 1, Green cardamom - 2, Cinnamon - 1/4 inch
  • Dry ginger - 1/4 inch, Sugar - 1 tsp,
  • Readymade vanilla premix - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 2 & 1/2 tbsp,
  • Chopped dark compound - 3 tbsp, Milk - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 3 & 1/2 tbsp, Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate essence - 1/2 tsp, Oddy Ecobake Brown
  • For decoration - Dark compound & Mixed dryfruits

Directions

 

  • Take a bowl. Add orange juice in it. Add all the dryfruits and plum fruits into it. Mix well.
  • Cover the top of bowl with a plate and keep aside for 2 hours. Take a loaf tin of 8 inches. Place Oddy Brown Ecobake into the tin. Keep aside.
  • Take a mixer jar. Add clove, green cardamom, cinnamon, dry ginger and sugar into the jar. And make its fine powder. Take another mixing bowl.
  • Sieve all the dry ingredients into the bowl. (Like, premix, cocoa powder, above powder mixture.) Add chopped compound in it.
  • Also add all the soaked fruits along with remaining orange juice in it. Add vanilla and chocolate essence into the same bowl and mix well.
  • Gradually add milk in it. And make a batter of good consistency, as required for plum cake. At last add oil into the batter. Mix well.
  • And transfer the batter into the prepared tin. Add some more chopped compound and dryfruits on the top of cake batter.
  • And tap the tin for 30 sec. Bake the cake into a preheated vessel for 45-50 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 40 min at 180 dregree if using oven.
