Delicious And Fudgy Mysore Pak

Mysore pak is a famous Indian sweet that is rich and fudgy, made with flour, ghee, and sugar, and that will melt in your mouth. This sweet is popular and has its origins at Mysore Palace. “Pak” means sweet. Make this yummy sweet for your next festival. The Mysore Pak comes off the tray after molding with ease thanks to the use of Oddy Ecobake, which is ideal to use and is completely safe to use.

Ingredients

 

  • Gram or besan flour-3/4 cup & Maida-2 tbsp
  • Milk powder-2 tbsp & Ghee-1 cup + ½ cup
  • Water-3/4 cup & Sugar-1.5 cups
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Add the sifted dry ingredients to a bowl, then add the melted ghee to it gradually and mix to form a thick mixture.
  • Melt sugar in a pan along with water until it comes to a boil.
  • Then add the flour mixture to it and stir well on a low flame. Let it come to a boil, and then add another half cup of ghee, gradually, stirring well until it thickens and comes to a boil.
  • Lastly, add a spoonful of ghee and stir. The Mysore-Pak mixture is ready.
  • Now transfer it to a glass or steel tray lined with Oddy Ecobake. Let it cool completely and demould. Cut it into pieces. The soft and delicious Mysore pak is ready.
