Delicious and Healthy Dry Fruit Balls

Ingredients

 

  • Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Cashew Nut - 1/4 Cup
  • Pinch of Saffron
  • Cardamom - 5-10
  • Coconut Powder - 1/3 Cup
  • Milk Powder - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1/4 tsp
  • 1 Cup Dry fruits (Cashew, Almonds, Figs, Pistachio, Apricot, Raisins)
  • Sunflower Seeds - 1.5 tbsp
  • Pumpkin Seeds - 1.5 tbsp

Directions

 

  • Take the mixer jar, add Sugar, cashew nuts, pinch of saffron and 4-5 Cardamom, grind well till powder
  • Now add the coconut powder to the mixture and grind again
  • Take out the grinded mixture in one bowl and add milk powder to it, mix well
  • slowly slowly add milk to the mixture to prepare a dough (You can add water instead of milk)
  • Add ghee to the dough and keep it aside
  • For Stuffing: Take the mixer jar add 1 bowl dry fruits, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, 2-3 cardamom and grind well
  • Take out the mixture in a bowl and make small small balls from the dry fruit powder
  • Take the dough previously kept aside and make small roti's
  • Keep the dry fruit ball in between the roti and pack well to make smooth balls
  • Decorate with silver foil and enjoy
