Delicious Dry Fruits Barfi

 

About the Recipe

Make a healthy and nutritious dry fruit barfi from chopped dry fruits and dates. They taste delicious even though no sugar is added. It can be made for any special occasion or celebration. The barfi is rolled and wrapped in Oddy Ecobake Brown to get a non-sticky barfi that can be cut into the perfect shape. Oddy Ecobake Brown is safe to use and reusable.

Ingredients

 

  • Poppy seeds-2 tbsp & Ghee
  • Chopped cashews & Chopped almonds
  • Roasted peanuts & Raisins
  • Pumpkin seeds & Dates
  • Oddy Ecobake Brown

Directions

 

  • Dry-roast poppy seeds in a pan until they crackle.
  • Add ghee to a pan and fry chopped cashews, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and raisins in it until they are well fried.
  • Remove them from the ghee and keep them aside.
  • Then add the chopped dates to the medium flame and stir for 3–4 minutes until they are mushy, then add the roasted nuts to it and mix well for 3 minutes.
  • Now spread the mixture on Oddy Ecobake Brown into a long log and roll it over the roasted poppy seeds.
  • Wrap it and refrigerate it for 1 hour. Take it out of the fridge and cut it into slices. The healthy and tasty dry fruit burfi is ready.
