Dry Masala Kachori With Longer Shelf Life

Ingredients

 

  • Maida - 1.5 cup, Salt to taste, Ajwain - 1 tbsp & Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Water as required & Whole coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp, Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp & Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Elaichi - 2, Cloves - 3 to 4 & Black pepper - 8 to 9
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp & Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Aamchur powder - 1/2 tbsp & Gathiya - 1 cup
  • Aloo bhujiya - 1/2 cup & Kaju - 6 to 7
  • Roasted peanut - 2 tbsp & Tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying & Oddy Uniwraps Paper Snack Bag

Directions

 

  • Prepare the dough by mixing maida, ajwain, salt, oil, and water. Prepare the masalas by roasting coriander seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, elaichi, cloves, and black pepper.
  • Prepare the tamirand chutney as shown. Pick up a small portion of the dough and fill it with the masala.
  • Repeat the same process for the remaining dough. Fry them in oil. Your kachoris are ready. Store them in the Oddy Uniwraps Paper Snack Bag to keep them fresh for a long time.
