Easy and Delicious Paneer Cutlets

Ingredients

 

  • 200gms paneer, 1 cup maida & 3/4 cup corn flour & salt
  • Red chilli powder, chaat masala, Pepper powder & Jeera powder
  • Red chilli sauce & ginger garlic paste (optional),
  • Garam masala (optional), breadcrumbs, lemon juice

Directions

 

  • Cut paneer into cubes and add all the masalas one by one. Mix everything well and then squeeze lemon juice into it and add red chilli sauce to the mixture. Combine everything well and keep it aside.
  • Mix maida, corn flour, salt, and pepper together with water to make a thin paste. As shown, dip the paneer cubes in the prepared paste and coat them with bread crumbs as shown, keeping them on a plate.
  • Fry these cubes in hot oil and our crispy paneer cutlets are ready. Wrap them in Uniwraps brown paper foil and store them in a container for future use or in your kids' snacks box.
