Flower Cake

About the Recipe

Follow the steps as shown in the recipe to make a Flower cake. The decoration can be made with simple nozzles and made into beautiful designs. Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper is eco-friendly and a healthier option when it comes to baking.

Ingredients

 

  • 100 gms chocolate premix
  • 50 gms water
  • 1 and ½ tsp oil
  • Chocolate ganache 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 1 cup

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add premix, water, and oil. Mix it with a whisk. The batter should be of medium consistency. In a 5-inch tin, cover the base with Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper due to the cake will not stick in the baking pan. Since Oddy Ecobake is non-sticky. Add the cake batter and spread evenly.
  • Bake it for 25-30 mins in preheated oven at 180-degree Celsius. Since the cake is half kg, we are just going to cut it into 2 layers.
  • Wet the first layer of cake, add some cream and chocolate ganache. Coat the mixture well on the layer of the cake. Again, add ½ to 1 tbsp of chocolate ganache and spread again. Add second layer of cake and repeat the same process. Finally add white cream and spread evenly.
  • For the cake finishing, pour chocolate ganache on top of the cake. We need to cover the whole cake with ganache so pour the ganache accordingly. With the help of R11 nozzle make designs as shown in the image and spray food colour on the designs. Decorate the cake as shown in the image. Our flower cake is ready.
