Fudgy and Glossy Brownies

These scrumptious brownies are incredibly moist and can be made at any time of the year. You can never stop at just one slice since it is so decadent and chocolaty. With Ecobake, you can quickly demould your brownies and achieve the ideal shape without using any oil.

  • Butter – 200 gm & Sugar – 1.5 to 1.75 cups
  • Cocoa powder – 1.5 cups & Salt – 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence – 2 tsp & Eggs – 4
  • Maida – 1 cup & Chocolate chips – 1 cup
  • M&Ms or Gems (Optional)



  • Melt butter in a mixing bowl in an oven or on the stove-top. Add sugar to the same bowl and mix well. Add cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla essence to the mixture and combine everything.
  • Add eggs to the mixture and beat everything together for 5 minutes. Add maida and chocolate chips to the batter and mix well. Transfer this thick batter to a baking tray lined with Ecobake parchment paper.
  • Add a few M & M pieces or gems on the top of the batter and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 deg C. Once the brownies are baked, remove them from the tray and enjoy.
