Fun and Creative Cake Decoration Technique

This is a fun and creative cake decoration idea that can be used to decorate your cake. We can make this decoration on any cake flavor of our choice. Ecobake helps you get the perfect shape for your cake without greasing, and there is no need for additional cleanup after demolding the cake.

Ingredients

 

  • Cake sponge & Whipped cream
  • Sugar syrup & Pink food gel
  • Green sugar balls & Pink sprinkles

Directions

 

  • Prepare the cake batter and transfer it into a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake in an oven or on the stove top.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into 3 equal parts. Soak the first layer of cake with usgar syrup and apply the cream to it.
  • Place the second layer and repeat the same steps for the second and third layers of the cake. Completely frost the cake and level the cream using a spatula.
  • Now make a pattern as shown on the sides of the cake using a cake comb or scraper. Mix pink food gel into the whipping cream to make the pink cream.
  • Spread the pink cream on a smooth surface in a rectangular shape. Draw horizontal lines using white cream on the pink cream.
  • Take a spoon, turn it back side up, and scrape it along the pink cream from bottom to top. Place the design on the spoon on the cake and repeat the same steps. Garnish the cake with green sugar balls and pink sprinklers.
