Ingredients

 

  • Atta/ wheat flour – 4 cups & Ghee- 4 cups
  • Black pepper -2 tbsp & Dry fruits
  • Gond- 1 cup & Grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Boora sugar -2 cups
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Heat a thick bottom pan, add the atta, and stir well and mix. You can use vanaspati instead of ghee. Stir continuously so that it does not stick to the vessel.
  • Add pepper and stir. Add dry fruits to it. Add the remaining ghee and gond to it on a low flame. Stir well until it comes to ball consistency.
  • Get it off the stove and mix grated coconut into it. Let it cool. Add boora and mix. Make them into balls. Store them in Oddy uniwraps to keep them fresh for a long time.
