About the Recipe
Try making these crispy and tasty mixed Vegetable pakoras with this simple recipe. These veg pakoras have a crispy, crunchy exterior with a soft interior. It is tasty and nutritious at the same time. Keep them hot for longer and pack them using Oddy Uniwraps.

Ingredients
- Split green gram dal
- Lobia or black-eyed peas & Moth ki Dal
- Oddy Uniwraps & Grated ginger
- Fennel seeds- 1-1.5 tsp
- Raw coriander seeds- 1-1.5 tsp
- Hing or asafoetida - A pinch
- 2 green chillies & cloves- 4
- Black pepper seeds- 15-20
- Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Aamchur powder- little more than half tsp
- Freshly chopped spinach leaves
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Refined oil/ghee for frying
Directions
- Keep the lentils soaked for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible. Crush these lentils with bare hands and separate them from the peels.
- Collect the peels and lentils separately. Mix the lentils well and then grind them in a mixer. Keep 2 spoons of lentils aside.
- Add some water in between while blending the lentils and make it a coarse paste.
- Take out the blend and keep it in a big container. Whisk it well for about 6-7 minutes. Add some grated ginger and fennel seeds into this.
- Then put in the coriander seeds, asafoetida and sliced green chillies. Now grind the black pepper seeds and cloves together. Then add this to the prepared mixture.
- Now put in 1 spoon of red chilly powder, salt as per taste and aamchur powder. Mix all of this well.
- To make it more nutritious, we will now add some freshly chopped spinach leaves and coriander leaves as well.
- Now put in those 2 spoons of lentils we had kept aside along with freshly chopped spinach and coriander leaves.
- Heat up refined oil/ghee in a kadai and then drop spoonfuls of batter in the oil.
- Your delicious mouth-watering healthy veggie pakodas are ready to serve. Pack them in Oddy Uniwraps and keep them hot for longer.
