Healthy Potato Cheese Balls

About the Recipe

Make these healthy potato cheese balls from potatoes and wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour. It is made crispy and crunchy and tastes delicious with the added cheese. It is a great party snack. Ingredients

 

  • Boiled potatoes-3 & Chopped onions-1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves & Cumin-1 tsp & Chilli flakes- 1 tsp + ½ tsp
  • Chopped green chilli- 1 tbsp & Salt & Bread-4
  • Whole wheat flour-1/2 cup & White til seeds-1 tsp & Cheese cubes
  • Oddy Uniwraps Brown.

Directions

 

  • Wash, boil, and peel potatoes, then mash them. Add onions, cumin, chili flakes, coriander leaves, salt, and green chilies to the mashed potatoes.
  • Then make bread crumbs, add them to the mixture, and mix well. Cover it and let it rest.
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl and whisk it well with water. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
  • Then add til seeds, coriander leaves, and chili flakes to it and mix well. Make small balls from the potato mixture, fill with a small cheese cube, and roll it round again.
  • Make similar balls from the mixture and keep them aside. Now dip each of them in the prepared wheat batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Remove it from the oil and serve it with green chutney. Pack them in Oddy Uniwraps Brown to remove excess oil and keep them fresh and warm.
